Ms. Anna Koppel

Director of Research and Development

Ms. Koppel develops, organizes and, in cooperation with local counterparts, carries out training programs on international human rights standards and instruments for human rights protection. She monitors and evaluates program progress and impact and prepares reports. Ms. Koppel received her Master of Arts in International Relations in May of 2003 from The Johns Hopkins University (SAIS) and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland, May 1999.
