The Protection Project is currently seeking eighteen (18) interns for the Fall 2007 semester to assist staff with several important projects. This internship program offers students the opportunity to contribute to The Protection Project’s mission, to work closely with staff members, and to make lasting contacts with members of the international community. Interns for the Fall semester will make significant contributions to the following projects, as well as perform other tasks: Updating The Protection Project's "Human Rights Report on Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children: A Country-by-Country Report on a Contemporary Form of Slavery" by researching, writing, and drafting portions of the report for publishing; Contribute to the production and publication of a book on human rights, including creating charts, editing drafts, and conducting research; and, Conduct and publish a comprehensive literature review on trafficking in persons, including a legal bibliography.
